Akatsuchi

Akatsuchi is a large shinobi of Iwagakure and a bodyguard of the Third Tsuchikage. He was setting off with Kurotsuchi to escort the Third Tsuchikage to the Five Kage meeting, called for by the Fourth Raikage. When Onoki hurt his hips when trying to carry his bag by himself, Akatsuchi carried him along the way.

Abilities
Though he has not been shown very much in battle, during Zetsu's assault, Akatsuchi has displayed the ability to expel a large rock golem from his mouth. This golem has great strength, capable of biting off Spore Zetsu's head, and pulling him from Akatsuchi's body.

Kurotsuchi

Kurotsuchi is a kunoichi of Iwagakure and a bodyguard of the Third Tsuchikage. Kurotsuchi and Akatsuchi escort the Third Tsuchikage to the Five Kage meeting. When they are leaving the Tsuchikage hurts his hips trying to carry his own luggage, so she suggests that he should retire. After arriving in the Land of Iron and the the meeting gets under way, Kurotsuchi comes to the Tsuchikage's defense during the Fourth Raikage's, outburst. Kurotsuchi has short black hair with slim eyes. She wears fishnet tights on her legs and a black skirt over it with black pants on the side.

Abilities
Kurotsuchi has shown the ability to erect a protective rock dome, similar to Yamato's Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall, which she either created out of thin air, or with the stone floor. The dome was powerful enough to endure several tones of rock falling on it when the ceiling collapsed.
Furthermore, she was able to deal with Zetsu's Spore Technique all on her own without inflicting any visable wounds upon it.

Chojuro

Chojuro is a member of the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist, wielder of a double-handled sword named Hiramekarei. He is one of two Kirigakure ninja selected to escort the Fifth Mizukage to the Kage summit. Despite his membership in the Seven Swordsmen, he is shy, and he seems to lack confidence in his abilities. He also appears to have a crush on the Fifth Mizukage, as he commented inwardly on wanting to protect her 'beautiful smile'. Chojuro has sharp, shark-like teeth, a trait that Zabuza Momochi, Kisame Hoshigaki, and Suigetsu Hozuki have; all of these characters are associated with the famed Seven Ninja Swordsmen of Kirigakure. He wears black-rimmed glasses connected to what appear to be headphones. He also wears a striped shirt and camouflage pattern pants that resemble the clothing Zabuza wore during his first appearance. Also, he wears his forehead protector like a badge on his chest. He has his Hiramekarei on his back but wrapped around large bandages.

Abilities
Chojuro is a sword-user, and wields a dual-handled sword called the Hiramekarei, that is linked together at the handles by a chain. When it is unsealed from the bandages, it releases chakra that is shaped into an enormous hammer. He is shown to have enough strength to swing Hiramekarei in its hammer form, even sending an opponent flying a considerable distance through a wall. However, carrying the heavy sword for an extended amount of time does tire Chojuro out, similar to Suigetsu Hozuki.

Ao Profile

Ao is a shinobi of Kirigakure, one of the two Kirigakure ninja selected to escort the Fifth Mizukage to the Kage summit. He is also a skilled member of Hidden Mist ANBU's Hunter-nin squad.
Ao believes that men should be tough and decisive, constantly scolding Chojuro for his pessimistic and weak demeanor. This attitude seems to be caused by his up-bringing during the times when Kirigakure was known as the Bloody Mist Village. He has a tendency of bringing up how things were done during those days, usually while fussing over Chojuro's behavior. Ao is a middle aged man with a patch over his right eye, under which he hides a Byakugan he took from a Hyuga clan member he once defeated. He wears a talisman in each ear with the kanji for a humble form of "to hear" written on them twice on each side. These talismans react when his Byakugan is under threat and will protect it from anyone, even himself. He also wears a striped shirt and pants with seemingly the same pattern, with a robe over them. His hair bears a resemblance to that of Kisame Hoshigaki, while his attire is strikingly similar to that of Haku.

Abilities
As a member of Hidden Mist's hunter-nin, Ao is a highly capable tracker and has extensive knowledge of the human body. At some point in the past Ao had a Byakugan from a defeated member of the Hyuga clan transplanted into his right eye. His skill with it is notable, as he said that his eye saw through the illusion placed on the Fourth Mizukage. With it he was able to detect that Danzo had the right arm and eye of Shisui Uchiha transplanted into his body, and immediately recognized the chakra color emanating from those areas. It is also notable that unlike a transplanted Sharingan, the Byakugan can be activated at will, rather than being in a constant release stage. The Byakugan is protected by the talisman seals that Ao wears as earrings, and will cover the eye if anyone tries to take it. The seal cannot be deactivated by anyone (not even the Mizukage) except the hunter-nin of Kirigakure.

Ao seems to have an acute memory, as he remembered Shisui's color of chakra after one battle over eight years ago. Ao also seems to have very fast reflexes as he caught a kama seconds before it hit him and immediately threw it at his attacker.

Darui is a Jonin-level ninja of Kumogakure, who currently functions as a bodyguard and escort to the Fourth Raikage at the Kage summit, along with his fellow jonin C. He and C were chosen to escort the Fourth Raikage to the Five Kage Summit in the Land of Iron. Darui is portrayed as easy-going and mellow; when compared to the Fourth Raikage's over-the-top exit through a window, (destroying a wall along with it), he tells C that he'll just use the door. Whilst having a more laid-back demeanor compared to his leader, Darui isn't lazy, leaping to the Raikage's defense when the bodyguards of the other Kage overreact to the Raikage's reactions. Darui has a dark skin tone, a slightly bulbous nose, a lazy look in his eyes and white hair in a shaggy hair style. He also appears to be quite tall in stature. Darui has so far only been seen in the sleeveless uniform and one-strap-over-one-shoulder Flak Jacket of a Kumogakure Jonin. As a sword-user, Darui wields a large, cleaver-like blade, which is seen carried on his back during the Kage summit, although he doesn't seem to carry it around at his home village.

Abilities
Swordsmanship
When the Fourth Raikage smashed the table and the bodyguards moved to protect their respective Kage, Darui showed a long and fairly broad sword that seems a little particular from others swords as it folds in two to be sheathed and unfolds when in use. He has shown quite some skills in kenjutsu, as he was able to clash with Suigetsu Hozuki's (albeit broken) Decapitating Carving Knife, and can charge his broad sword with electricity that can stay charged even when he isn't making contact with it.

Elemental Techniques
Darui has also shown to be proficient with Water Release and Lightning Release techniques, possibly being able to use them both simultaneously. Darui is shown using what is presumably a Kekkei Genkai known as Storm Release, which possibly combines both Lightning and Water chakra to create beams of light that can be guided like missiles and cause powerful explosions.
Like Killer Bee, Darui is also proficient with the use of "Chakra Flow" with ballistic weapons; he has been seen using a Lightning-empowered shuriken to slice through a metal blade in-order to save Killer Bee from Kisame Hoshigaki's attempt to cut off Killer Bee's legs.

C (Shi) (Shee in the English manga) is a Jonin-level ninja of Kumogakure, who currently functions as a bodyguard, escort and medic to the Fourth Raikage at the Kage summit, along with his fellow jonin Darui. He and Darui were called to escort the Fourth Raikage to the Five Kage Summit in the Land of Iron. When the Raikage jumped through a window, C suggested to Darui that they follow him, but Darui said that he would use the door. After that, he was showed to be the one who noticed that Team Samui had been followed.

Abilities
C is a sensing type shinobi, allowing him to sense the chakra of others even from large distances. He is also a medic-nin. He seems to be very knowledgeable on foreign shinobi techniques, as he is shown recognizing Sasuke's Mangekyo Sharingan along with Amaterasu. He is also a skilled genjutsu user, as he was shown using Lightning Illusion Flash of Lightning Pillar. Also of note is when he went to defend the Raikage from the bodyguards of the other kages he took a defense taijutsu stance, implying he is capable of defending himself in close combat as well.

Fu ("Foo") is a ninja of Konohagakure, a member of the Yamanaka clan and a seemingly high-ranking member of the Foundation. Fu become Torune partner when danzo picked him as one of his unmasked escorts, to protect him during his journey to the Kage Summit in the Land of Iron. Before departing, Fu asked Danzo about how they should prepare for the trip; Danzo told him to not worry about it and prepare in any way he sees fit.

Abilities
Fu also appears to be a sensor. He is skilled enough to detect Sasuke and Karin planned to approach them, and that Karin is a sensor type. His reflexes are fast enough that when Madara Uchiha reappeared he instantly sensed him and counterattacked.
Fu is also an expert in trap making. He regularly uses this skill with a cursed seal variant of the Yamanaka clan's Mind Body Switch Technique, which he transferred his consciousness into a strange scarecrow like body with kama for limbs. He proceeded to use the scarecrow to attack Ao. Although seemingly easily defeated, Ao then found that a secondary ability similar to the Cursed Seal had triggered a switch of his consciousness with the scarecrow. All the while, Fu was unconscious and being carried around by Torune, much like the Yamanaka technique.

Torune is a ninja of Konohagakure, a member of the Aburame clan, and a seemingly high-ranking member of the Root. Torune is hand-picked by Danzo, along with Fu, as one of his unmasked escorts during the journey to the Five Kage Summit in the Land of Iron. He was ordered by Danzo to send some of his men to keep watch over Naruto while the three of them were at the summit. His face is covered by a mask, except for his eyes, nose, cheeks, mouth and chin.

Abilities
Torune is part of the Aburame Clan, and like the other members, he is skilled at using insects in combat. However, his bug techniques are even rare among the Aburame. He controls the many nano sized insects that covers his body, allowing him to infect his opponent with a mere touch. Due to this he wears gloves and keeps his skin almost completely covered when not in battle. The insects spread onto the opponent's skin causing severe pain which can potentially lead to death. Torune can call off the insects with a touch of a finger and remove the poison using an antidote. Shikuro Aburame is said to be the only one with an antidote for the insects' poison, so it is believed that Torune is his son.
Torune is also proficient in using ninja tools, such as kunais. He also wears a Tanto on his back, though he has not yet been seen using it.

E "Raikage"

E is the Fourth Raikage (Yondaime Raikage) and the leader of Kumogakure. He is also the older brother of Killer Bee, the jinchuriki of the Eight-Tailed Giant Ox. It is hinted that Killer Bee, and therefore E as well, comes from the Yotsuki clan. He is very caring and protective towards his younger brother, despite Killer Bee's status as a jinchuriki, and wept at the idea of his younger brother being captured by Akatsuki. However, when Killer Bee's ploy to use the affair to have a vacation was discovered, E was furious, and swore to punish his little brother for it. He is also headstrong and easily excited, smashing a desk apart when news of his brother being captured arrived. He also has a very stern and decisive personality, seemingly unaffected by Naruto's pleas for Sasuke's life. In his eyes, respect and strength mean everything in the ninja world. He believes that the weak should and will be crushed. In battle, E is shown to be physically brutal, as he uses extreme physical force to devastate his opponents, and is willing to sacrifice a limb, rather than lose a chance to defeat his opponents.
E has a lot of similarities with his younger brother. He is a tall dark-skinned man with a large muscular build, slicked-back white hair with a yellow tint, a few wrinkles, and a small moustache and beard. Unlike other Kage, E seems to wear his Kage cloak and hat on a regular basis, without a shirt underneath which further displays his hulky physique. He has black shuriken tattooed on both shoulders. On each wrist he has gold bangle bracelets, which seems to have protrusions that can jut out when he attacks, and has a gold belt on his waist with a lion's face engraved in the center. All of these aspects combined gives E the appearance of a professional wrestler.

Abilities
As the Raikage of Kumogakure and supreme Leader of the Shinobi Alliance, E is undoubtedly a powerful shinobi. His younger brother Killer Bee also mentioned in his fight with Sasuke that, before him, only E was able to deflect the Eight-Tails. Karin notes that the Raikage's chakra level is comparable to that of a tailed beast.

Immense Physical Prowess
E uses a 'power' type fighting style, he possesses a great deal of physical strength, as he first appeared lifting a large amount of weight with just one hand, and broke his desk with a single punch. His strength is further displayed at the Five-Kage summit when he punches through a wall, the floor, and even snapping Suigetsu's sword in two (albeit the sword already had a partial crack in it from Suigetsu's duel with Killer Bee). E was also able to punch a hole in Jugo's arm and chest with ease, despite the latter being armored with his Level 2 Cursed Seal transformation. He is shown to have an immense tolerance for pain, as he was able to withstand having his arm set on fire by Amaterasu and cutting it off without flinching.

Elemental techniques
On top of his physical capabilities, E is also skilled in lightning-based jutsu, releasing a continuous surge of electricity from his body when confronting Sasuke. This electricity acts as a compliment to E's natural physical strength and speed to the point where he claims not even the Sharingan should be able to keep up with his movements, as such he is a master of Nintaijutsu. This is due to electricity stimulating his nervous system and speeding up his neural synapses, amplifying his reflexes. 

Onoki

Onoki is the Third Tsuchikage (Sandaime Tsuchikage; Literally meaning "Third Earth Shadow"), and the leader of Iwagakure. He is called Onoki of Both Scales (Ryotenbin no Onoki). Onoki is very proud but appears frail, with constant complaints referring to his hips and back. He also refuses to retire and choose a successor as Tsuchikage despite his frailness, and insisting that he is plenty strong to continue to rule the village. According to his thinking of strategy, Onoki might be the type of person who takes risks. A similarity can be shown with Tsunade, as she has a habit of gambling and taking risks often. Remembering what Gaara said to him, he states to Akatsuchi and Kurotsuchi that he remembered what he really used to be before he became a stubborn old man, possibly meaning he had a more kind and friendly heart in his youth.

Onoki is an old man with a size of one and half times his head piece. His facial features include a triangular beard and a mustache with angular corners. He has a big red nose and thick eyebrows (similar to those of Rock Lee). The top of his head is completely bald, although, he has some hair at the back and sides of his head, the back of which is tied with a yellow ribbon into a ponytail. All of his hair (ponytail, sideburns, facial) is white.

Abilities
Despite being physically frail, he seems to be both knowledgeable and confident in his ninjutsu skills. Onoki's Dust Release ninjutsu allow him to pulverise his enemies to molecule-sized dust. He is also skilled with Earth Release ninjutsu and has shown the ability to levitate.

Mei Terumi

Mei Terumi (Terumi Mei) is the Fifth Mizukage (Godaime Mizukage) and the leader of Kirigakure. As Mizukage, her word holds sway over all political and military issues that present themselves regarding Kiri and its inhabitants. She became Mizukage in recent years, after the dreadful reign of Yagura ended.
Mei is a cheerful person who is almost always seen smiling. She can even issue death threats while still smiling. This is further seen when she first encounters Sasuke Uchiha, smiling at him and telling him he's handsome while preparing to attack him. Mei also can be very flirtatious, as she considers Sasuke and all other Uchiha men to be very good looking. She expressed regret that she must kill the handsome Sasuke, but would give him a kiss before that. Mei is a beautiful woman who appears to be quite young. Her ankle-length hair is russet-red, and her eyes are jade green. In all of her appearances, her hair is seen covering her right eye. She has been seen wearing some type of deep-blue garment over a webbed-mesh bodysuit. She has been shown wearing blue lipstick.

Abilities
Elemental Techniques
Mei is capable of using the Earth, Fire, and Water natures, and has two Kekkei Genkai. The first, by fusing Earth and Fire elements, allows her to use Lava Release ninjutsu, such as spitting out lava. The second, by fusing Water and Fire elements, allows her to use Boil Release ninjutsu, such as releasing a corrosive mist that can burn away anything it touches. It even managed to burn away Sasuke's Susanoo shield. She has suggested she has the ability to alter the potency and acidity of the mist created by her Boil Release techniques and she is apparently not affected by the mist herself.

The Sage of the Six Paths (Rikudo Sennin) was said to be the legendary figure who founded the ninja world and was the creator and first user of modern ninjutsu, essentially making him the first shinobi in the modern context of the term, as well as the first jinchuriki. He also known as Saviour of this World and God of Shinobi.

Although depicted only as a silhouette, several details can be inferred about the Sage's appearance. He had long, spiky hair flowing backwards, in a style similar to Madara Uchiha's. He wore what appeared to be a cloak with a high open collar or armor similar to that worn by Hashirama Senju, showing his necklace with six red magatama. He seemed to have horns on his forehead; this could be a forehead protector similar to the one worn by Jiraiya.

Abilities

The Sage was shown carrying two objects. One was what appeared to be a large katana in his hand, whilst the other was a shakujO, a Buddhist ringed staff which is meant to be used in prayer, but can also be effectively employed as a weapon.

Pioneer Ninja

The Sage was revered as the man to first understand the nature of chakra. Using this understanding, combined with his kekkai genkai, the Rinnegan, he created the first modern ninjutsu. With these powers, he obtained a large following, which led to the creation of the ninja villages. As the first true ninja, he revolutionized the world, and changed it forever.

Rinnegan

The Sage was said to have been the only shinobi to have mastered the Rinnegan, allowing him all six changes in chakra nature. He is revered as one of the most legendary figures in the Naruto universe, and is likely the strongest ninja that ever existed. He was so powerful that he created the moon using Chibaku Tensei. Even Nagato stated that his power paled in comparison to that of the Sage.

Jinchuriki
The Sage developed the first jutsu capable of sealing a tailed beast inside a human body, making himself the first jinchuriki in history. Having the Ten-Tailed Beast's power contained inside him, the Sage developed immeasurable power that far surpassed all of his peers. Even on his deathbed, he was able to employ Chibaku Tensei on a massive scale and use that chakra to create the moon and seal away the body of the Ten-Tailed Beast within, a clear testament to his incredible power.

Killer Bee (Kirabi) is a shinobi from Kumogakure and the jinchuriki of the Eight-Tailed Giant Ox. He is also the mentor of Team Samui. It is hinted he comes from the Yotsuki clan. He is the younger brother of the Fourth Raikage, E, and the Guardian of Kumogakure. Killer Bee is very proud of his own power, and like Naruto, has great overconfidence and can be quite cocky and stubborn, especially in terms of his own strength, demanding respect from others and asks to be called "Lord Jinchuriki" (Jinchuriki-sama) and his tailed beast be called "Lord Eight-Tails" (Hachibi-sama). He also appears willing to speak in song, more specifically in rap-style, even when confronted with potential threats. He will even stop in a middle of a fight to write whatever rhymes come to him, even if they are no good. This sometimes causes his opponents to become greatly bothered by him. He has a casual relationship with the Eight-Tails, frequently engaging in friendly conversation with it.
Killer Bee is very similar in terms of appearance with his older brother, being dark-skinned and possessing a muscular build, as well as white hair and a white beard. On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo that says "iron" (tetsu); and on his left cheek, he has a tattoo of a bull's horn (correspondingly, the Eight-Tails has horns like a bull, and the left one is missing).
Killer Bee wears oval-shaped sunglasses and a white-colored forehead protector. He also wears a white-colored one-strap-over-one-shoulder Flak Jacket of a Kumogakure Jonin, with a red rope tied around his waist, white hand-bands, and a white scarf around his neck. He carries seven swords on his back, but currently has only one, losing five in battle against Taka and another during his fight with Kisame Hoshigaki. As Kisame is about to finish him off with it, Darui breaks it by throwing a lightning infused shuriken at it: thus saving Bee's life but breaking the sword.

Killer Bee and Eight-Tailed Giant Ox

Abilities

As the Guardian of Kumogakure and jinchuriki of the Eight-Tailed Giant Ox, Killer Bee is an extremely powerful ninja, capable of overwhelming the entire Team Taka all by himself, and has had his skills praised by several Kumogakure ninja, including his older brother, E. Madara Uchiha claimed that he is the perfect host. Similar to how other Jinchuriki obtain physical traits from their inner demon, Killer Bee is able to produce ink from his mouth, which he mainly uses to write lyrics when he is lacking of regular writing tools or to blind his opponent. As expected of a Jinchuriki, Killer Bee has a very large reservoir of chakra, enough to make Samehada get very excited and turn against Kisame.

- Physical Prowess

Bee physical strength and combat prowess, capable of disarming a skilled opponent like Suigetsu with his bare hands. He is also shown to be having received a solid kick to the neck from Sasuke Uchiha only to drop his sword and begin writing lyrics, escaping unscathed after being hit by Sasuke's Chidori, and blasted from behind with Jugo's Boosting Jet Pistons. Killer Bee has a fighting style which is similar to that of the Raikage's because they both use wrestling moves instead of standard taijutsu. He supplements the speed and power of his taijutsu with his Tailed-beast cloak. Another form of Killer Bee's amazing strength was when he and the Raikage took Kisame's head off almost instantly, while Killer Bee was using his off hand.

- Sword Skills

As a swordsman, Bee specializes in swordplay. Possessing a unique fighting style, Bee holds his blades in between the joints of his arms, left leg, stomach, the left side of his neck, and in his mouth. As strange as it appears, Bee is very skilled with this, spinning around like a buzz saw and overwhelming his opponent with all of the varying swings, giving him great versatility. When he finds an opening, Bee can impale his opponent with most of his swords quickly and simultaneously. Neither Suigetsu nor Sasuke could read his sword work, despite the former being a highly trained swordsman and the latter having the Sharingan. He is also capable of cutting through almost anything. Also, by covering himself with the Eight-Tailed Beast's chakra, he creates an "Eighth" sword.

- Lightning Element

During the battle with Sasuke he displayed the ability to flow lightning-natured chakra through his blades to increase their cutting power, similar to Sasuke's own jutsu. Killer Bee's prowess in Lightning Release techniques is so great, he can charge a sharp but weak pencil-point to pierce straight through a large tree trunk and even through the ground. As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind chakra.

Roshi was the jinchuriki of the Four-Tailed Monkey. He hailed from Iwagakure. Roshi was shown wearing a large headpiece consisting of a three pointed crown-like ridge, bearing both his Iwagakure forehead protector and ring, and a prominent black piece of armor running across his cheeks and the bridge of his nose. Despite his advanced age, his hair was solid red. It should be noted that his hair and beard style were exactly the same as that of the Four-Tails inside him. He left his hometown of Iwagakure at some point to better understand and control the power of the beast within him. Roshi was somehow defeated and captured by Akatsuki (Kisame Hoshigaki). He later died as the result of having the Four-Tails extracted from his body.

Yagura was the jinchuriki of the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle and the Fourth Mizukage (Yondaime Mizukage) of Kirigakure. When the Three-Tails was captured by Akatsuki, it had no host and roamed out in the wild. The reason why the Three-Tails was removed from Yagura is unknown. During his time as Mizukage, until the massacre of Academy Students by a young Zabuza Momochi, Kirigakure was known as the "Village of the Bloody Mist" (Chigiri no Sato), due mostly because of the barbaric ritual where Academy students kill one another for graduation. It is likely that Yagura was the Mizukage whom Zabuza tried to assassinate.

Her faith finally end on Akatsuki hands, She fought with Hidan and Kakuzu. she was taken down by Hidan ritual jutsu, and brought to the Akatsuki lair. The Two-Tails was extracted from her body, resulting in her death.

One man has been chosen to become Sixth Hokage, he is Danzo, Danzo is a Konoha elder, one of the oldest villagers in Konoha, Also a leader of Leader of the ANBU Foundation faction. Anything about Danzo still mysterious, his background, his power, enemy or not, we don't know nothing about him. Every his move always carefully and secretly, even his true goals, we didn't get it. I got more suprised about Danzo when I read Naruto Manga Chapter 455, Danzo is Sharingan user. Who is this guy? is he from Uchiha clan? or maybe he just get eye implant from another Uchiha just like Kakashi. It was very strange, is danzo the same guy with Kakashi teammate (Obito). It could be true, because Kakashi only has Obito's sharingan eye in his left eye. on the contrary, Danzo only has sharingan eye in his right eye. Another possibility, Danzo is brain of Kakashi's team attacked a long time ago. As we know, when Kakashi came to saved Obito, Obito right eye has blinded, maybe Danzo use a same medical technique to implant Obito's eye to be his own, but Kakashi came before he finished his plan.

What do you think about my prediction? If that's all wrong, I only have two another option, first, Danzo is Madara's brother and second, Danzo is a guy from Uchiha that never publicizing before. But, I'm not sure with the last option, if he is also from Uchiha, why did he send Sai to kill Sasuke? A logical reason according me, because Sharingan user only get lose by another Sharingan user. Madara, Itachi, Sasuke and Kakashi are Sharingan users. Maybe Danzo want to kill them one by one on the right time. To kill Madara and Itachi, he need strong army, that's why he always try to be Hokage. And Kakashi, he still don't need to kill him because Kakashi's power could be used to help him kill Madara and Itachi. So the first target down to Sasuke. But his mission failed, so Danzo make another plan. But later I thing again, could be Danzo is Madara Uchiha, Don't you thing so?
